THEWORK
Hotel fluency, put to work.
Venue Sourcing
Find the right venue. Know why it’s right.
Freefall manages the venue search through the lens of someone who spent twenty years on the receiving end of event inquiries.
We develop and distribute the RFP, communicate with hotels, evaluate proposals and narrow the field based on more than rates and availability. Space flow, property condition, food & beverage commitments, meeting room rental, hotel team, operational fit and the overall structure of the offer all matter.
When it’s time to make a decision, you’ll understand not only which venue Freefall recommends, but why.
Begins at $2,500.
Contract Negotiation
Before you sign, know what you’re signing.
Hotel contracts are written to protect the hotel. That isn't sinister—it’s business.
Freefall reviews the agreement from the perspective of someone who spent years creating, negotiating and working within them. We help identify terms worth discussing, opportunities for concessions, operational considerations and questions you may not know to ask.
Then we help navigate those conversations with the hotel so you can enter the relationship informed and prepared.
Begins at $2,000.
Freefall provides commercial and operational advisory services and does not provide legal advice.
Pre-Event Advisory
You can lead the process.
Once the contract is signed, an entirely different hotel process begins.
BEOs. Diagrams. Food & beverage minimums. AV. Guarantees. Prepayment. Planning timelines. Offices. Storage. Green rooms. Load-in. A lot starts moving—and you shouldn't have to learn the language while you're trying to produce an event.
Freefall stays alongside your team as the hotel planning process unfolds, reviewing key details, preparing you for important decisions and helping you know what should happen next, what to ask for and when to ask.
Your team produces the event. The hotel operates it.
Freefall helps you navigate everything in between.
Begins at $2,500.
Post-Event Review
The event may be over. The work isn’t quite finished.
The final hotel bill can contain hundreds of charges generated across multiple departments, functions and days.
Freefall reviews final billing against the contract, event orders and agreed details, helping identify discrepancies, unexpected charges, missing credits or items that warrant clarification. When questions arise, we help you understand them and navigate the conversation with the hotel.
Because the same attention given to signing the agreement should be given to closing it.
Begins at $1,000.
